In line paper drilling following a Müller Martini saddle stitcher

Paper drilling system Dürselen PB.12 Gantry is here used behind a Müller Martini saddle stitcher type Prima S. It drills up to 1,200 piles per hour. Additionally to the paper drill Dürselen also designed and built the linking unit to the saddle stitcher.

When running Dürselen PB.12 Gantry behind perfect binders the same linking unit can be used. It is possible to drill piles up to 75 mm / 3" in height. That means e.g. 9,600 products per hour with 8 brochures per pile.
