Automated packing in-line with perfect binders:
Dürselen VA.01 packing machine

The new VA.01 operates in-line with perfect binders to automatically pack books into telescopic containers - box and lid. It reaches an output of 500 piles per hour.

In the first station of VA.01 the box part of the telescopic container is opened and drawn over the pile of brochures. The filled box is now turned over. In the third station the lid is drawn over the pile. Now the pile of brochures is ready packed for either manual or automated labeling and palletizing.

VA.01 packing machine is designed for paper sizes A4 and 2 x A5 and can process piles up to 150 mm pile height. It fills and closes two-part telescopic boxes made of chipboard or corrugated board.
