The round cornering system Dürselen ES.09 jogs and punches

• piles of loose leafs,
• piles of perfect bound books,
• piles of stitched brochures and
• piles of folded sections

up to 50 mm pile height at an output up to 1,200 piles per hour. The system punches two corners in one operation.

The round cornering system Dürselen ES.09 processes large volumes of e.g., loose leaf collections, exercise-books and catalogues in paper sizes between A5 and A4. An example for an integrated workflow is given on the photo below. In the first step the loos-leaf-works are drilled automatically on Dürselen PB.09. Then the opposite side of the pile is round cornered on Dürselen ES.09.
