The finishing line Dürselen PB.07-S01 integrates the operations

• Feeding and jogging of the piles
• Cutting the glue off the spine
• Final trimming of the spine
• Drilling of different file hole patterns

into a continuous workflow with a speed up to 800 piles per hour.

Folded and glued sections are fed standing on their spine into this finsihing system. In the first operation the glue is cut off the spine by a horizontally positioned guillotine. After a second jogging process the spine is cut again in a second guillotine, this time to final size. A horizontally positioned paper drilling machine drills different file hole patterns. Delivery of the ready trimmed and drilled loose-leaf-works is done individually according to customers' request.
