Finishing on demand - that means change of paper format for untrimmed and final size as well as change of hole pattern at the touch of a button without any set-up delay. The flexible finishing centre Dürselen PB.11 can run in-line or near-line with digital printers, both sheet-fed and web-fed. The system processes piles of loose leafs and piles of bound books with an intelligent gripper- and transport-system. Small runs with changing paper sizes and hole patterns - that is the ideal field of applications for Dürselen PB.11.
The information on untrimmed and trimmed paper size and on the hole pattern can be chosen from the controller, read in via barcode or imported by a special interface from the workflow. The combination of both operations, trimming and drilling together with the high flexiblity of the system make Dürselen PB.11 the ideal solution for small run digital finishing.
