Paper drilling machine PB.12 Gantry -
High performance in-line paper drilling

The automated paper drilling system Dürselen PB.12 in gantry construction is designed especially for in-line operation and processes
up to 60 mm / 2 1/2" in height at an output of 1,400 cycles per hour.

To meet higher output rates - e.g. to follow up modern perfect binders and stitching lines - multiple units of PB.12 can be linked by conveyors.

Work moves through the machine, from front to back underneath the gantry positioned drilling beam, enabling high output on a small footprint. For jobs without holes the products pass through Dürselen PB.12 Gantry without drilling operation. The machine can be disconnected from any line quickly and moved by a pallet truck.

The paper drill Dürselen PB.12 Gantry is suitable for any file hole pattern. It is equipped with all features of a modern paper drilling system. That includes e.g. drill bit cooling and lubrication, the drill belt as drilling support mith motorized, programmable transport, continuously variable stroke and spindle speed, drill bit breaking sensors and a touch screen for easy programming.
